NYTTA has a rich history of nurturing Telugu and Telangana culture, language, and community spirit. We have actively fostered tradition, providing a platform that empowers our members to connect, celebrate, and grow. I am committed to upholding this legacy and striving to make our association even stronger and more vibrant. NYTTA acts as a vital bridge, connecting us all – despite our diverse backgrounds – into a vibrant global family.
We are dedicated to organizing a variety of cultural events and social initiatives, aiming to foster strong bonds that transcend geographical boundaries. While we have pursued careers and a new life in America, our deep-rooted connection to our homeland remains strong. NYTTA provides a crucial platform to nurture and transmit our cultural heritage to future generations. The active participation of each member is essential to achieving this vital goal. While celebrating Telugu and Telangana festivals with enthusiasm, let us strive to fulfill the core objectives of our association: service, cultural enrichment, and literary pursuits. Let us collaborate to address the challenges faced by our members and fellow citizens in his ever-changing world.
Furthermore, let us work towards strengthening the presence of NYTTA and fostering productive collaborations with other local and national associations. I earnestly solicit your cooperation and active participation in all NYTTA-organized programs. Let us wholeheartedly support the new executive committee, ensuring the success of every endeavor. అందరికీ నమస్తే. నేను వాణి రెడ్డి ఏనుగు,
మీ అందరి సహకారం, ప్రోత్సాహంతో ఇటీవలే న్యూయార్క్ తెలంగాణ తెలుగు సంఘం (NYTTA) అధ్యక్షురాలిగా బాధ్యతలు తీసుకున్నా, నాతో పాటు బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన కార్యవర్గ సభ్యులకు శుభాకాంక్షలు, సహకరించిన మీ అందరికీ మరోసారి ధన్యవాదములు. వ్యక్తులుగా మనం వేరైనా నైటా అనే సామాజిక వేదిక మనందిరినీ ఒకే చోటకు చేర్చి ఒక వసుదైక కుటుంబంలా మార్చింది. నిత్య జీవిత హడావిడి, ఒత్తిడుల నుంచి ఉపశమనం కల్పిస్తూ వీలున్న అన్ని సందర్భాల్లో మనం కలిసి వేడుకలు, కార్యక్రమాలు విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించుకోవాలని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా ఆశిస్తున్నాం.
వృత్తి, ఉద్యోగాల కోసం మనం పుట్టినగడ్డను విడిచి, అమెరికాలో స్థిరపడ్డాం. అయినా మాతృభూమితో మన పేగు బంధం కొనసాగుతూనే ఉంటుంది. మన సంస్కృతీ సంప్రదాయాలను మన పిల్లలకు, రానున్నతరాలకు అందించేందుకు నైటా మనకు మంచి వేదిక. ఇందుకు అందరి సంపూర్ణ భాగస్వామ్యమే పునాది. తెలుగు, తెలంగాణ పండగలు, వేడుకలను జరుపుకుంటూనే మన సంఘం ప్రధాన లక్ష్యాలైన సేవ, సంస్కృతీ, సాహిత్య రంగాల అభివృద్దికి పాటు పడదాం.
మారుతున్న కాలమాన పరిస్థితులను బట్టి మన సమాజంలోని సభ్యులకు, తోటి వారికి ఎదురయ్యేసమస్యల నుంచి బయటపడేందుకు ఉమ్మడిగా కృషి చేద్దాం. అలాగే మన నైటా ఉనికిని కాపాడుతూ, అభివృద్ది చేస్తూనే, కలిసి వచ్చే స్థానిక ఇతర జాతీయ సంఘాలతో నమన్వయం చేసుకుంటూ ముందకు వెళ్దాం. నైటా వేదికగా నిర్వహించే అన్ని కార్యక్రమాల్లో మీ అందరి సహకారం, భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా కోరుకుంటున్నా, నాతో పాటు కొత్త కార్యవర్గాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించి చేపట్టిన ప్రతీ ఈవెంట్‌లో పాల్గొని విజయవంతం చేసుకుందాం. ఆదర్శంగా నిలుద్దాం.ఇందుకోసం సొసైటీ పెద్దలు, దాతలు, నైటా సమాజం హితాన్ని ఆకాంక్షించే అందరి తోడ్పాటును కోరుకుంటున్నా.
